Rolfing® SI
Rolfing® Structural Integration (SI) is a form of manual therapy whose goal is to open, balance, and align the body by working the connective tissue. A Certified Rolfer® works with fascia, which is the webbing that surrounds and supports all muscles, ligaments, tendons, bones, nerves, and organs.
Crossinology® Brain Integration Technique (BIT)
Crossinology® Brain Integration Technique (BIT) is a cutting-edge/drug-free technique, based in kinesiology that improves the functioning of the brain. BIT combines kinesiology, physiology, neuroscience, and the acupressure meridian system in a complete protocol addressing 20 different areas, identifying and relieving stress in the brain to improve the way you think, behave, feel, and the way your body moves.
Qest4
Qest4 (or QEST4) is a non-invasive, FDA-registered bioenergetic testing device that scans the body’s energetic frequencies to identify imbalances, stressors, and potential health issues. It uses galvanic skin response to measure subtle electrical changes in the body and provide personalized, holistic healing plans, often for gut health, hormones, toxins, and emotional stressors.

Testimonials
About Cadie
I am a Certified Rolfer®, a Practitioner of Visceral and Neural Manipulation, a Certified Practitioner of Crossinology® Brain Integration Technique, and Certified Qest4™ Bioenergetic Testing Practitioner.
My mission is to help clients feel better in their minds, bodies, increase body (sensory) awareness, and experience better ease of movement, posture, and alignment. I learn something new from each client I encounter, which deepens my curiosity for the human body, the human experience, and how we all experience and adapt to life in different ways. I believe that what affects the mind affects the body and vice versa; that our life experiences shape us physically, mentally, and spiritually.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dogs Emmie, Luke and Hector, a Mountain Cur, a Belgian Malinois and a Rhodesian Ridgeback.
